With warmer weather on the horizon, many of us are crawling out from our warm and cozy homes and ready to shed some of the pounds accumulated over the Holiday Season in anticipation for the Summer months. What was your fitness life like before joining CrossFit Fireside? Before Crossfit, my fitness life was virtually nonexistent.  I don’t like traditional gyms and any time I tried to do something on my own it didn’t last long because there was no structure or consistency.  Crossfit seemed like something that would interest me because every day was different but I thought it might be too dangerous or tough.  I will very rarely admit when I’m wrong, but this is one time that I’m glad I was.  How has CrossFit Fireside changed your life? WHAT WAS YOUR FITNESS LIFE LIKE BEFORE JOINING CROSSFIT FIRESIDE? Before joining Fireside, I was a member at another local CrossFit gym. I visited fireside to watch some good friends compete in the Battle for Boise…needless to say I scoped out the place and was sold. I did my free week and the programming was so amazing that I switched gyms (after 3 years!) at the end of the week and never looked back! HOW HAS CROSSFIT FIRESIDE CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
