1. What was your fitness life like before joining CrossFit Fireside? Before I joined Fireside I was doing CrossFit at another gym in the area. I wanted a different experience and I’m glad I was able to become part of Fireside. 2. How has CrossFit Fireside changed your life? Fireside brought huge community support to my life. Seeing the smiling faces and feeling apart of the community brings me joy. Currently in my health situation Fireside has kept me going both physically and mentally. 3. What are your future goals? You will often hear the phrase, “Just get through our doors and we will take care of the rest.” And while that is entirely true because our coaches will guide you step-by-step through every aspect of the workout of the day, we want to take a minute to challenge you to take a different approach.  Some days just getting through the door is enough. With warmer weather on the horizon, many of us are crawling out from our warm and cozy homes and ready to shed some of the pounds accumulated over the Holiday Season in anticipation for the Summer months. What was your fitness life like before joining CrossFit Fireside? Before Crossfit, my fitness life was virtually nonexistent.  I don’t like traditional gyms and any time I tried to do something on my own it didn’t last long because there was no structure or consistency.  Crossfit seemed like something that would interest me because every day was different but I thought it might be too dangerous or tough.  I will very rarely admit when I’m wrong, but this is one time that I’m glad I was.  How has CrossFit Fireside changed your life?
