We love having your kids in the gym, but our first priority is to keep them safe and ensure that all of our members and coaches have a great class experience. During classes kids need to be in the kids room or quietly sitting at the large brown table.  If kids are outside they need to exit/enter through the front doors. We have seen too many close calls with kiddos coming in and out of the garage doors and man doors that are directly connected to the mats.  Kids need to be off all equipment, black mat space, and turf during classes.  This ensures they are safe, that our athletes can use the space when needed, and that our coaches can focus on coaching. Welcome to CrossFit Fireside! We are honored that you chose to entrust us with your fitness. CrossFit is the best exercise program out there and will get you in the best shape of your life. But, it can be a little intimidating to get started. It’s kind of like learning a new language. We hope this glossary of terms can make things a little more simple for you. This list is nowhere near extensive, but a great place to start. Don’t worry, your Coach will always help you and answer any questions you have! If you have ever participated in the CrossFit Open you know that this time of year brings excitement, anticipation, and tons of fun for the CrossFit community. The CrossFit Open is such an incredible time of year for boxes all across the globe including ours! Here is what you need to know to get prepped for the 2024 CrossFit Open! What is The Open? The Open is a 3 week competition where athletes from all around the world compete to see where they place worldwide. For competitive athletes, it is the first step in qualifying for the CrossFit Games. But for everyone else it’s a time to come together as a community, celebrate our fitness and health, and cheer each other on!
