CrossFit

CrossFit is a functional, measurable, scalable fitness program, designed to get any person, no matter their experience or level, into the best shape of their life. In our 1 hour group CrossFit classes, participants will be lead by expert coaches through several phases of fitness: a dynamic warm-up, mobility, skill work, strength work, and the workout of the day “WOD”. All classes can be tailored to each individual’s fitness level and abilities. Our coaches guide you step by step through a full hour of fitness that will get you in the best shape of your life!

Personal & Small Group Training

Do you have a specific goal you are wanting to achieve that will require individual and specialized training? Or maybe you enjoy working out in a more intimate setting that is away from crowds. Our personal trainers work 1×1 with their clients to create custom programs based specifically on their goals and fitness needs. Personal training is offered in 60 minute, 45 minute, or 30 minute increments. Schedule a No Sweat Intro to get started!

Foundations

New to CrossFit? No problem! Our Foundations Class series is required for all members new to CrossFit and is designed to lay the foundation of understanding for our core movements and lifts that we use in any given CrossFit class. We created Foundations to develop confidence in all new members so that you feel safe and empowered in our group classes. Group Foundations is scheduled once a month Monday @ 6:30pm, Wednesday @ 6:30pm & Saturday @ 11am.

Nutrition

When it comes to your health and fitness journey, nutrition is the most important factor that contributes to success! Meet 1×1 with a nutrition coach to develop a personalized plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. Your nutrition coach will create a step-by-step plan to achieve your goals. We focus on a whole foods, habit based approach that you will be able to sustain for life!

Fireside Kids

Our Fireside Kids program, for ages 4-12, teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different every day with a focus on FUN. Our program teaches children to love fitness by making fitness fun and accessible for all. Each child is instructed at his to her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward every class. Fireside Kids trains children to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy) and in doing so prepares them for the demands of life.

Yoga

Yin yoga is a passive practice making it the perfect compliment to CrossFit. It is meant to be restorative and relaxing, helping you recover from a great week of training. It not only stretches the muscles, but also deep connective tissue as well. The poses are held from 2-10 minutes. Yin Yoga aids in recovery, enhances breath awareness and helps develop mindfulness and body awareness. It is the perfect complement to high-intensity exercise! Join us for Yoga on Thursdays at 6:45pm & Sundays at 10am. Yoga is included in monthly memberships or you can drop in for $20. Be sure to bring a mat and dress warm!

Fireside Teens

Our CrossFit Fireside teens program will teach your teen the proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are geared towards them. Fireside Teens not only focuses on getting your teen strong and healthy, but also focuses on the mindset of being an athlete. Our CrossFit classes are the perfect way to help your teen stay strong for their sport season.
