Every workout at Fireside is designed with purpose—and with people in mind. We scale, modify, and personalize so every athlete gets the right workout for their body, goals, and season of life.

Each class at CrossFit Fireside is fully coach led. That means our coaches are guiding you through everything step by step, making sure you are moving safely and correctly, giving you tips on form and making sure you are having fun!
Our one hour CrossFit group class includes a warm-up, stretching & mobility, strength/skill work, a workout of the day (WOD) and a post-workout.
We take all of the guesswork out of getting into the best shape of your life! Each class is fully programmed and coached–all you have to do is show up!
If group classes aren’t for you, we also offer Personal & Small Group Training to help you achieve all of your health and fitness goals. Our expert trainers will create a plan that is unique to you.
