Growing up, working out was something that I only did to supplement sports. I played baseball for 12 years, and when it came to an end I needed something to keep me in-shape, and also fuel the competitive side of me. That’s where CrossFit came in. I started CrossFit in 2017 and immediately fell in love with it. The longer I did it, the more and more I understood the importance of its methodology and how it transferred to life. In 2019 I became a coach at Fulcrum Fitness in Lodi, CA. I spent two years there coaching and personal training, until my wife and I moved to Idaho in 2021. What I love most about CrossFit is that it challenges us to become better versions of ourselves every day. It pushes our limits, and teaches us the importance of being consistent with something to see results.
