Work Ethic has been something I believe to be the key foundation to any success in life. And when you pair work ethic with passion you have the most killer of combos.
The passions that have driven my life have always been based around competition, mostly individual competition. Starting with wrestling from the age of 4, then track, I did dabble in football, basketball, all until I discovered motocross at the age of 16. Then racing became my number one passion.
Through racing I also discovered a love for fitness with the physical demands of the sport. That love for fitness spurred into a 2nd career as a coach and trainer for action sport athletes. There I found my passion for coaching and helping others to fulfill their passions.
After my paralyzing injury through racing and the process of rebuilding myself I discovered adaptive CrossFit. I did my first open in 2015, and ever since I’ve been hooked. My passion for CrossFit spurred into a full time career as an adaptive games athlete through 2023, where I retired after the Wheelwod games.
Now that passion for coaching and CrossFit has led me back to coaching and helping others become the best versions of themselves, and whatever fitness goals they pursue.
