As a CrossFit coach with over three years of experience, I’ve found a deep passion for coaching CrossFit Kids.
My love for working with children began long before CrossFit, as I spent years teaching swim lessons and running summer camp programs. These experiences not only gave me the tools to connect with kids of all ages, but also taught me the value of building confidence and fostering a love for movement in young people.
As a parent of three children, I understand the importance of creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for kids to explore their physical potential.
CrossFit Kids allows me to combine my coaching experience with my desire to see children develop lifelong healthy habits. I’m constantly inspired by their energy, resilience, and the joy they bring to each session. Watching kids grow stronger and more confident through fitness is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of their journey.
