I started CrossFit in 2016. I needed a change and I realized I needed people to help me make that change. Working out with others is so much better than working out alone. Although, with our recent addition to our family I’m finding myself having to workout alone more often but doing the same workouts as the people that I’m around are doing gives me some motivation and discipline to get the work the done. That’s what I love about CrossFit and that’s what I love about coaching. Being a part of a community that’s cares about each other and watching every one push each other to be the best version of themselves.
