At Fireside we believe two things: that CrossFit is for everybody and that everyone is on their own unique fitness journey. Personal training can be a great option for those that are recovering from an injury or surgery, those looking to work on a specific skill, or those that prefer a one on one setting. Our personal trainers will create a specific workout program designed for you! They will assess your movement patterns, technique, strengths and weaknesses to craft a specific workout to help you achieve your goals.
At Fireside we incorporate functional CrossFit movements, mobility, and muscle-group specific exercises to get you results. You will be feeling stronger, fitter and healthier in no time!
We also offer Small Group training for those wanting to train specifically together for a common goal.
