You can earn your spot into the Committed Club each month by taking 14 or more classes at CrossFit Fireside. Each month we will randomly draw an athlete from the Committed Club list to win a $50 gift card to support a local business! If you make it into the Committed Club for all 12 months of 2024 you will earn yourself a Committed Club SHIRT!
Tip #1: Put all of your workouts into your calendar.
Plan for the week (or even month) ahead! Treat your workouts like you would any other appointment. Do whatever if takes to get to the gym!
Tip #2: Show up even when you are sore!
You don’t have to Rx every single workout! Show up to class even if it’s just to move a little bit. Your Coach will help you scale as needed. We promise you will still get a great workout in & be less sore afterwards!
Tip #3: Come to class ready to invest in others & the community.
Class is a lot more fun when you know your classmates & coaches! Introduce yourself to people you don’t know, cheer others on & help your fellow athletes clean up their gear afterwards. We challenge you to be the first one to say “hi”!
Tip #4: Recover well.
Be sure you are getting 8 hours of sleep and refueling your body after your workouts! Aim for 0.7 grams-1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight a day. Drink lots of water and eat your fruits and veggies!
Tip #5: Remember your why.
Your motivation will likely diminish, but when you remember why you started in the first place it will help you stay disciplined and on track to achieving your goals!
