I feel like I owe so much to CrossFit. I love coaching for the opportunity to serve others in my community. I only hope that I can inspire others to change their lives like so many teachers and leaders have inspired me on my journey. My very first CrossFit coach that saved my life practically… sadly took his own life and I honor him by passing on the message. I tear up as I type this when I think about the life he gave me.
I truly have grown up with CrossFit, I started in 2007 when I was 22 and as I stated before, it pretty much saved my life. Furthermore, it taught me integrity, consistency, discipline and over time, I learned to apply these values to everything else in my life. Living life this way over the years has given me confidence, mental fortitude and raw strength. It has literally taught me to love my authentic self.
To put icing on the cake, CrossFit has provided the absolute best welcoming and accepting community throughout the years. I’ve lived in 5 states and 5 countries and dropped in to no less than 50 CrossFit gyms since 2007 and it has given me friends and family all over the world! I’m so grateful to be a part of an amazing community here in Boise!
