- We’re diving headfirst into the most common CrossFit Open movements, workout formats, and time domains. Fridays will be extra special with repeat Open workouts to sharpen your skills and build confidence.
- 2️⃣ Thrusters:
- Love ‘em or hate ‘em, thrusters are a CrossFit staple, and we’re going to master them. From raw strength to barbell cycling, we’ll break down every component of the thruster. Expect to build Front Squat strength, improve pressing power, and crush some volume work.
This isn’t just a training cycle—it’s your launchpad to Open success. Whether you’re chasing a PR, aiming for the leaderboard, or just want to feel unstoppable, this cycle is designed to make you stronger, faster, and more confident.
