Work to a heavy complex:

1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 2 Jerks (Push Jerk/ Split Jerk / Squat Jerk)

WOD:

4 Rounds

In 3 min complete the following:

10 Deadlifts (135/95)

10 Front Squats (135/95)

10 Back Squats (135/95)

Max Burpees with time remaining.

Rest 90 Sec

Score = Max Burpees of all 4 Rounds
