In two weeks we will begin a 13 week squat cycle. You will be doing both back squats and front squats in the same day twice a week. It would be easier if you knew what your 1 rep is for both. You have 5 open gyms to get these numbers.
Push Press 1 rep max (20 min)
A1) Barbell Lunges (reverse) 10/10/10/10 (65% 1 Rep Back Squat)
A2) Ring Rows 10/10/10/10
400m run for time
