Hatch program starts today. We will be squatting twice a week on mondays and fridays. Everything is percentage based. You can go online and get a Hatch calculator and it will take care of your math for you.

Hatch Day 1

Back Squat

1 x 10 @ 60%

1 x 8  @ 70%

1 x 6 @ 75%

1 x 4 @ 80%

Front Squat

1 x 5 @ 60%

1 x 5 @ 70%

1 x 5 @ 70%

1 x 5 @ 70%

 

WOD:

10 Pull ups

10 Power Cleans (95/65)
