Oly: “Shankle” Complex

Work up to a heavy complex of the following:

1 Deadlift + 3 Shrugs + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Jerks

A1) Strict Pull Ups: 10/10/10/10

A2) Tempo Handstand Push Ups: 5/5/5/5/5 @ 40×0

*Use a deficit if possible
