“Bear Complex”

Complete the following sequence 7 times without dropping the barbell.

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press into back rack position

1 Back Squat

1 Back rack push press (bar landing in front rack position)

**Repeat 7 times without dropping / letting go of bar.

**Once all seven reps are complete add weight, rest 5 min, and repeat for 5 sets.

**Score = Max weight completed for 1 set.
