WOD: Death by Power Cleans

Min 1 = 1 Rep

Min 2 = 2 Reps

Min 3 = 3 Reps

Keep increasing reps along with the minutes.

Once you Fail rest 2 Min – decrease the weight and start over.

Round 1 – 185/120

Round 2 – 155/105

Round 3 – 135/95
