*Jump as far as you can each broad jump

Mens bar w/45 & 35lb plate

Women’s bar 45lbs plate

Strength: 

A1) Meadow Rows: 5 x 10 Each arm 

A2) Zottsman Curls: 5 x 10 W/ Double DB W/3 second tempo on the down 

*increase rows each set
