OLY:

2 Clean (Squat) + 2 Jerk – 7 x 1

WOD:

Thruster Hell

30 sec on 30 sec off for 7 min 30 sec

Score = total reps

Oh by the way… YOU CANNOT DROP THE BARBELL!! Barbell must stay off the ground for entire 7 min and 30 sec.

Rules:  No sitting in a chair, on a tire, box, or rower. No racking the barbell on the rig.
