This WOD is compliments of Coach Nick-

10 rounds for time

200m run (45/25)
10 overhead plate lunges (45/25)
10 sit to stands (45/25)

CASH OUT: Burpees

*Every time the plate touches the ground  add five burpees to the end of the WOD
