70 Lateral Box Jump Overs

60 KB Swings

50 Front Squats

40 Pull Ups

While 2 Athletes attack the chipper

1 Athlete is on the rower chipping away at the 400 calories

Athletes will rotate every 2 min

Score = Time and rounds completed
