50 Kettlebell swings (53/35)

50 Jumping Lunges

50 Handstamd Push Ups

50 Box Jumps (30/24)

2 Partners chip away at reps

The other 2 partners carry a barbell 400m by the collars at hip height (135/95) If the barbell touches the ground during the 400m carry a 5 burpee penalty will be added at the end of the workout.

Partners switch and continue with the workout.

Score is Rounds plus total number of burpees.
